The list contains the obligatory and absolutely excellent Joy of Homebrewing and the Brewmaster’s Bible but there are some other less expected titles as well such as beer advertising memorabilia and a history/trivia book.   I preferred Palmer's book. I would definitely recommend it as it seemed to feel less "old". Papazian has an updated edition of "The Complete Joy" due out later this year, so maybe it will become a better contender, but for now I prefer Palmer's. There's the .

It's a reletively short read and the authors present powerful, immediately applicable brand marketing strategies that Brewing a Hot Brand book effortlessly to different industries and markets!5/5(2).

The Complete Homebrew Beer Book is designed to showcase the couple hundred recipes George Hummel has so generously included, and the book is worth the recipes alone. The first 30 pages or so gives you a non-technical rundown of the brewing process and equipment you will need before releasing your newfound know-how upon a set of extract only recipes.
